I’m delighted to say that I recently sold my third book to Harlequin Special Edition.
The release date of this book will probably be early 2013 – which seems eons away at the moment – but when I think about how quickly this year has flown and the twelve months in between selling Made For Marriage to Special Edition and holding that book in my hand was just twelve months – I get the feeling that book three will be in print just as quickly. That’s the nature of publishing, I guess.
Book two and three are yet untitled, but they continue the story of the residents of the fictional town of Crystal Point. I love writing about the people in this close knit community and hope to write many more books in this series. There’s something satisfying about having a minor character in one book, come alive and fall in love in their own story. And book three certainly felt like that for me.
When I created the town on Crystal Point I imagined the spot where the river meets the sea to look like this. Luckily I live in a little town just like it. It really is the most beautiful place situated at the southern most point of the Great Barrier Reef.
I’m looking forward to sharing a little bit of this picture perfect place with my readers.
